If you want to be successful, it’s just this simple. Know what you are doing. Love what you are doing. And believe in what you are doing.
Our Horseback Riding Program features English style riding lessons for all levels of rider. The program includes both ring instruction and riding on scenic trails.
Instruction is provided by Lene Massey, owner of the High Hurdles Equestrian Facility. Lene has showed at the CNE and the Royal Winter Fair. She attended Kemptville College and achieved certification for the Equestrian Coaching Program. Over the years Lene has acquired a number of different horses, each with a different skill set. Being able to think outside the box made it possible for her to help each horse reach his or her full potential. For more information visit high-hurdles.com
Beginners will learn how to approach a horse, groom it and prepare the horse for riding.
Experienced riders will work to perfect more advanced skills.
We ask that all campers bring proper boots with defined heels, however, we can supply riding helmets if you don't already have your own.
Of course, our Horseback Riding Program participants will also get to participate in all of our other fantastic camp activities!
Space is limited to 6 riders per week. REGISTER NOW!

I now believe in myself more than ever.
When staying at camp I learned so many things. We did so many great games and activities and the staff here was really nice.
It’s been one of the best summers I ever had.
