Another summer has come and gone. Thank you to the crew for being such fantastic role models. Thank you to the campers for embracing "The Top 8 Skills". Thank you to the parents for allowing your family to become part of our camp family. CHEERS!
Our certified instructors from the Muskoka Dance Academy are energetic and motivated professionals who seek to unleash a passion for creativity and dance in their students. The entire program is overseen by Sue Kirwin Campbell.
Our Dance program includes 20 hours of instruction and covers Jazz, Acrobatics, Contemporary, Ballet, Hip Hop, and Aerial skills. Dancers also learn the Paula Morgan Technique to improve their posture and balance and understand their breathing. The students will participate in workshops on the world of professional dancing, taught by special guest stars such as, Tanya Karn. Tanya is a professional dancer and choreographer whose body of work includes the TV series, The Next Step. Dancers will also perform in our camp’s weekly Talent Show.
Students should bring proper dance attire, such as a body suit or dance shorts, and must keep their hair neatly secured.
As part of this program, students participate in regular camp activities.
Space is limited to 10 campers per week!
Week 5 starting July 28th, 2019
Week 6 starting August 4th, 2019
Dylan had an awesome time – he wants to attend for 2 straight weeks next year.
Well done everyone!
My daughter loved horseback riding camp! She didn't want to come back home at the end of the day. It was so much more than horsebackriding. She loved that she got to learn watersports - where else can you do that! she is still talking about it. Thank you!
