We would like to introduce you to the Winning Techniques Summer Camp. As you read through this website you will learn more about our programs and facilities.
The Winning Techniques Summer Camp offers a co-ed day and resident camp program for campers aged 4 to 16. We are located just north of Huntsville, Ontario, Canada on beautiful Clear Lake. Our sandy beach is perfect for our popular watersports program.
In the summer the camp has a large family-like atmosphere. We offer our guests many exciting, challenging and safe experiences with a staff to camper ratio of 1:4.
Our camp is structured so the campers spend approximately half their day on their chosen specialty program which include Dance, Figure Skating, Golf, Hockey, Horseback Riding & Intense Watersports. The rest of the day is spent participating in our fun camp activities which include Archery, Arts & Crafts, Badminton, Barefooting, Board & Card Games, Bocce Ball, Bonfires, Canoeing, Fishing, Hiking, Horse Shoes, Kayaking, Low Ropes Course, Movie Night, Paddle Boating, Rock Climbing, Snorkeling, Swimming, Tubing, Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, Wakeskating, Variety Night & Volleyball.
We pride ourselves in being able to give each individual the attention they need and provide a truly unique experience. For families with younger children we offer cottage rentals and our day camp option. Our Traditional Camp program is perfect for siblings and friends that want to attend camp but may not be interested in participating in one of our specialty programs. Spaces are limited and our programs are often full so please register early to avoid disappointment.
As proud members of the Ontario Camps Association we adhere to over 400 standards and guidelines. Safety is our primary concern. Programs are designed to encourage personal achievements in a fun goal oriented environment. All instruction is provided by highly qualified and certified professional coaches. Our goal is to have each camper improve their self-image through skills development and involvement with positive role models in our camp community.
As parents ourselves, we realize the tremendous responsibility of caring for your children. The diversity of our programs, our camp activities and the type of individuals providing care to our campers will create memories that will last a lifetime. Looking forward to seeing you this summer!

Where did February Go!
Between hockey and cross country skiing the time flew by. Elly is even skiing this year. We finally got some snowboarding in last night at Hidden Valley. The weather was great!
