Terms and Conditions
The applicant agrees that Winning Techniques Incorporated and / or its Directors will not be held responsible for any accidents, claims or damages which may arise as a result or by reason of such accident or loss. Winning Techniques reserves the right to cancel a program due to lack of enrollment and / or facility problems, a full refund will be issued. The applicant also agrees that photographs and video may be used in training, broadcast and promotional programs.
Cancellation Policy.
For cancellations before May 1, 2010 - $100.00 of the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations after May 15, 2010 up until 30 days prior to expected arrival, 50% of total fees are non-refundable. Within 30 days of scheduled arrival, the full registration fee is non-refundable unless a medical certificate accompanies the request. Please note that there is no adjustment in fee when a guest arrives late or leaves early. Substitution of another guest will not be permitted under any circumstances. This policy includes cancellations as a result of commitments and opportunities (i.e. sports tournaments, tryouts, traveling, summer school, etc.)

I's a cold and raining day at camp, you'd think it would be a good day for cleaning the house, but NO, we going skiing.
September - we are having a contest for the best picture from summer camp 2010, for the front cover of our brochure. Please submit your picture to kim@winningtechniques.com before October 1st, 2010.
